  • Boneless chicken ½ kg ہڈیوں کے بغیر چکن

  • Garlic & Ginger 1 Table spoon لہسن اور ادرک

  • Almond Powder 3 Tea spoon بادام پاؤڈر

  • Tomato purri 1 Cup ٹماٹر پوری

  • Cream 1 Cup ملائ

  • Butter 2 Table spoon مکھن

  • Onion Grinded 1 Cup پیاز باریک پسا ہوا

  • Black Pepper powder 1 Table spoon کالی مرچ پاؤڈر

  • Cumin Powder 1 Table spoon زیرہ

  • Salt 2 Tea spoon نمک

  • Whole Black Pepper 9 to 10 ثابت کالی مرچ

Badami Chicken Handi Recipe

Use low fire. Put Oil in pot. Add garlic & Ginger paste. Stir for a while. Then Add boneless chicken. Fry, turn it till the color of meat is change in to white. کم آگ استعمال کریں۔ برتن میں تیل ڈالیں۔ لہسن اور ادرک کا پیسٹ شامل کریں۔ تھوڑی دیر تک ہلائیں۔ پھر بونلیس چکن ڈالیں۔ بھونیں، اسے اس وقت تک پھیریں جب تک کہ گوشت کا رنگ سفید نہ ہوجائے۔

Badami Chicken Handi Recipe

When chicken colour is white then add Youghurt, Tomato purri, Grinded onion. Stir for 3 to 4 minutes. Now Add Cream/Malae, Butter and Almond Powder. Stir for 2 Minutes جب چکن کا رنگ سفید ہو جائے تو اس میں یوگرٹ، ٹماٹر پوری، گرائنڈ پیاز شامل کریں۔ 3 سے 4 منٹ تک ہلائیں۔ اب کریم/مالے، مکھن اور بادام کا پاؤڈر شامل کریں۔ 2 منٹ تک ہلائیں۔

Add Salt, cumin powder and Whole Black Pepper. Stir for 3 minutes And then cover the pot for 12 to 15 Minutes. After 15 Minutes chicken is cooked and oil is on top of handi. Then Chicken Badami Handi is ready. نمک، زیرہ پاؤڈر اور پوری کالی مرچ ڈالیں۔ 3 منٹ تک ہلائیں۔ اور پھر برتن کو 12 سے 15 منٹ تک ڈھانپ دیں۔ 15 منٹ بعد چکن پک جائے اور ہانڈی کے اوپر تیل آ جائے۔ یعنی چکن بادامی ہانڈی تیار ہے۔ Wao classic cooking guide, master chef cook recipe
