Ingredients

  • Onion پیاز 1 normal size

  • Tomato ٹماٹر 2 normal size

  • Oil تیل ½ cup

  • Salt نمک ½ tea spoon

  • Red Chili مرچیں پسی ہوئ ½ tea spoon

  • Green Chili مرچ سبز 6 normal size

  • Dry coriander سوکھا خشک دھنیا ½ tea spoon

  • Turmeric ہلدی ½ tea spoon

  • Ginger paste ادرک 1 tea spoon

  • Fenugreek میتھی ¼ kg

  • Potato آلو ¼ kg

  • Water پانی ½ cup

Instructions

Potato & Fenugreek Recipe آلو میتھی

Pour oil in frying pan/pot. Put onion in it. Stir well for 2 mins. Put tomato, green pepper and ginger paste in it. Stir and Cook for 2/3 mins.

Cover the pot for 1 minute. After 1 minute then put all spices in it Stir and cook for 2 to 3 mins. Then put all spices in it. Stir well for 2 to 3 mins.

Potato & Fenugreek Recipe آلو میتھی

Now time to add Fenugreek in it. Cook for 5 mins When Fenugreek water is dry, Then put potatoes and half cup of water in it. Stir little and cover the pot/pan and leave on little fire for about 10 mins. Stir and then check if the potato is soft then it means, food is ready.

Notes

Best to eat with chapati's or nan.
