Ingredients

  • Chicken Boneless ½ Kilo (Cut in Cubes)

  • Yoghurt 3 Table spoon

  • Salt ½ Tea spoon or as u like

  • Turmeric ½ Tea spoon

  • Red Chili ½ Tea spoon

  • Spices ) Garam Masala 1 Tea Spoon

  • Tika Masala (If Desire) 1 Tea Spoon

  • Oil ½ Cup

  • Green sauce (Hari Chatni) ½ Cup (Mix Mint, Coriander, and Salt)

  • Chili Garlic Sauce ½ Cup

Instructions

Special Chicken Paratha roll

Add Boneless Chicken and youghart in a pot. Put the pot on medium fire. When water is dry, then remove from fire. Use Kneaded flour (Gondha Ata), Make it flat in small small round shape Nan (Roti).

Then put these nan (Roti) on Tawa. Use low fire to cook it as the nan corner remain white. Pour oil around the Nan (Roti) on Tawa. And warm the nan with oil. When the nan (Roti) is cooked, then remove it from tawa. Pour the chicken on Nan (paratha).

Pour the chicken on Nan (paratha). Pour Green sauce (Hari Chatni) on Nan (Paratha) (It Is Optional). You can use Chili Garlic Sauce as well. Then Rol the tightly. Chicken Paratha Roll is ready to serve.

Notes

Use different sauces as per your taste to increase the taste.
