Ingredients

  • Mutton 1 kg مٹن

  • Rice Boiled 1½ kg ابلے ہوئے چاول

  • Onion 5 to 6 پیاز

  • Tomato Paste 3 to 4 Tomatoes ٹماٹر

  • Ginger 2 inches crushed ادرک

  • Green Chili 5 to 6 ہری مرچ

  • Dried Coriander 2 Tea spoon سوکھا دھنیا

  • Turmeric ½ Table spoon ہلدی

  • Red Chili 2 Table spoon لال مرچ

  • Biryani Masala 2 Table spoon بریانی مسالہ

  • Yogurt 5 Table spoon دہی

  • Tamarind 12 to 15 املی

  • Oil 1½ Cup تیل

  • Cumin Powder 1 Table spoon یرہ

  • Cardamom 2 الائچی

  • Cinnamon 4 pieces دار چینی

  • Plum 10 to 12 آلوبخارہ

  • Green Coriander 1 Cup ہرا دھنیا

  • Salt 1 Table Spoon نمک

  • Badian flower 4 بادیان کا پھول

  • Bay leaf 3 to 4 تیزپات

  • Lemon (For garnish) 1 (Round cut pieces) لیموں

  • Brown Onion (For garnish) 1 براؤن پیاز

  • Tomato Slice (For garnish) 1 ٹماٹر کا ٹکڑا

  • Yellow Color 1 Tea spoon پیلا رنگ

  • Water 2 Glasses

Hyderabadi Mutton Biryani

Put below given ingredients in cooker Mutton 1 kg مٹن Onion 5 to 6 پیاز Tomato Paste 3 to 4 Tomatoes ٹماٹر Green Chili 5 to 6 ہری مرچ Dried Coriander 2 Tea spoon سوکھا دھنیا Turmeric ½ Table spoon ہلدی Ginger 2 inches crushed ادرک Add 2 glasses water in it. Close cooker and cook for 12 to 15 minutes.

Hyderabadi Mutton Biryani

After 15 mins open cooker and add tomato and oil. And cook and stir for awhile. Now add dry coriander, plum, Plum 10 to 12 آلوبخارہ Tomato Paste 3 to 4 Tomatoes ٹماٹر Dried Coriander 2 Tea spoon سوکھا دھنیا Turmeric ½ Table spoon ہلدی Red Chili 2 Table spoon لال مرچ Biryani Masala 2 Table spoon بریانی مسالہ Yogurt 5 Table spoon دہی Tamarind 12 to 15 املی Oil 1½ Cup تیل Cumin Powder 1 Table spoon یرہ Stir, wait and cook till the water is dry. When water is dry that is the time when it is ready to put on boiled rice

Hyderabadi Mutton Biryani

Take empty bowl. make a layer of ric. Then on top of rice make a layer of mutton with masala. repeat the process to finish it. Now put Badian flower 4 بادیان کا پھول Bay leaf 3 to 4 تیزپات Lemon (For garnish) 1 (Round cut pieces) لیموں Cardamom 2 الائچی Cinnamon 4 pieces دار چینی Green Coriander 1 Cup ہرا دھنیا on the top of all. Now put boiled rice on all of it. pour some yellow color. and then leave it on a very little fire for a dum. 10 to 12 minutes are enough. A Tasty and yummy Hyderabadi Mutton Biryani is ready to serve.
