Ingredients

  • Rice 1 kg

  • Chicken 1 kg

  • Onion 2 medium size

  • Yogurt 1/2 cup

  • Garlic & Ginger Paste 2 table Spoons

  • Proven coriander (Sabat Dhanya) 1 table Spoon

  • Whole Garam Masala (Sabat) 2 table Spoons

  • White Chilli (Mirch) 1 Tea spoon

  • Fennel Seed, ( Sonf ) 5 Only

  • Salt As u like

  • oil 150 gm

How to Deygi Palao Rice

Mix chicken with Fennel Seed, Proven coriander, Cardamom, salt and other masala with 3 cup of water in a pot. Put the pot on fire to make chicken soup . When the chicken is cooked and u felt it soft then separate it from soup. Leave soup pot for a while on fire when it boils put rice in the same pot. On other side, Use fry pan put the oil through onion in it, to make onion red and then take out red onion in a plate separately.

Deygi Palao Rice recipe

Use this oil to stir Whole Garam Masala with garlic & ginger paste. Mean while when water dries in a soup pot, put all chicken in it and stir the mixture of garam masala and garlic ginger. Leave the pot on dum(Heat) with all ingredients for a while, Use browned cooked onion to put on top of rice when serving. Your Palao is ready to serve and eat.

Notes

Try with Riata and yoghurt. The taste will be amazing
